With our apprentices and students, we achieve an impressive training rate of more than 11%. To create optimal learning conditions, we have been using our own state-of-the-art training workshop at our Peiting location since 2018. To promote the health of our employees, we have established a workplace health management program (WHM) that encompasses a wide range of initiatives in key areas.
To support physical fitness, we offer subsidized fitness classes where our employees can get active together under professional guidance—from yoga to walking. To further promote healthy habits, we provide cooking classes and nutritional counseling that deliver practical advice for everyday work life. For mental well-being, we offer stress-management workshops and maintain internal confidential advisors. In this way, exercise, nutrition, and relaxation are seamlessly integrated into our program.



Employee satisfaction

We conduct a survey every two years at our locations in Peiting, Augsburg, and Halblech-Buching. Each employee is asked not only to rate 16 different questions but also to provide qualitative feedback on our particular strengths and weaknesses. The survey results are evaluated anonymously, presented to employees, and ultimately used as a key basis for developing improvement measures aimed at increasing employee satisfaction within the company.
