Practical implementation is ensured through clear work instructions and the appointment of numerous special representatives for areas such as the environment, occupational safety, and data protection. Regular audits by external certifiers and customers confirm the effectiveness of our systems in accordance with international standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 14001. To manage these processes, ept collects targeted sustainability metrics, which are evaluated in detail, particularly for the German locations. This data serves as an essential tool for continuously assessing and improving our progress in the area of sustainability.
