ept Ranks Second in Bishop Customer Satisfaction Survey
For the sixth consecutive year, the Bavarian connector manufacturer ept GmbH has achieved an outstanding result in the customer satisfaction survey conducted by market research firm Bishop & Associates. In the overall European rankings, ept took second place, further improving its score compared to the 2019 results.

The customer survey conducted by Bishop & Associates highlights the 28 leading connector manufacturers worldwide and is based on a comprehensive analysis of survey responses. 280 European OEMs and CEM partners from a wide range of industry sectors, as well as distributors, provided feedback on their collaboration with connector manufacturers. The survey aims to evaluate customer satisfaction with the connector industry in general and to provide an individual assessment based on criteria such as product quality, on-time delivery, technical and sales support, sampling, etc.
In doing so, ept GmbH secured second place in all categories. In addition to its commanding second-place finish in the overall rankings, ept even took first place in terms of price competitiveness. European
customers appreciated the excellent technical support, including expertise and effective problem-solving, as well as product quality, support from capable field representatives, outstanding customer service, and straightforward sampling: In these categories, the globally active medium-sized company took second place. ept GmbH also ranks among the best in turnaround time for new connector designs and on-time delivery. The reason for this is the company’s high vertical integration, as it handles all manufacturing processes necessary for connector production in-house: from development and design, tooling, stamping, and injection molding to strip galvanizing and assembly, ept combines everything under one roof. This gives the manufacturer the flexibility to respond immediately to market demands and customer requests.
