Expertise: Plastic injection molding
We specialize in the manufacture of innovative metal and plastic connectors. We produce the necessary insulating and plastic components using various injection molding machines and with varying degrees of automation—depending on the product’s process requirements. Our insulating and plastic components are already used in many control units in the automotive industry, such as in airbag, seat, and transmission control systems. We specialize in the production of plastics made from thermoplastics such as PBT, LCP, PA, PPS, or PC. Our machine park, comprising more than 30 injection molding machines, utilizes clamping forces ranging from 600 to 2,000 kN. Annual granulate consumption totals several hundred tons. We supply insulating components with shot weights from 0.3 g to 170 g, adaptable to individual requirements. Production is highly automated.
